Robert L. Chapman, III |
Bob has over 20 years of development experience. He was one of only 25 developers in the entire country invited to sign the Charter of the New Urbanism in 1996. Bob serves on the Board of Directors of the Historic Preservation Society of Durham. He was founding chair of the North Carolina Smart Growth Alliance and has served on the boards of the Duke School for Children, the Carolina Theater, St. Joseph’s Historic Foundation and the Duke Art Museum.
Adam Dickinson |
Adam’s experience in real estate began on the job site with Bob Dickinson Construction. The family-owned company designed and built custom homes and commercial spaces with a unwavering focus on delivering the highest possible quality. Prior to joining TND Partners, Adam worked in marketing, operations management, and financial services consulting. Adam is a graduate of Swarthmore College and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Milton Grenfell |
Committed to practicing in the great tradition of Western architecture and urbanism, Milton Wilfred Grenfell founded his firm, Grenfell Architecture, in 1986. Grenfell is currently designing an extension to the eighteenth century colonial capital of Edenton, North Carolina, civic buildings for new traditional neighborhoods, as well as single-family homes from New York to Mississippi.
He also lectures, serves on professional panels, and writes for various periodicals and journals. In 1997, Grenfell was given Classical America’s Arthur Ross Award for “mature work [which] has exhibited a continued excellence and integrity of its application of classical ideals and canons.” He is active in architectural preservation and the Institute of Classical Architecture and Classical America.
Faith Cable |
Faith, a project manager with TND Partners, is dedicated to furthering the advancement of New Urbanism and green building. She is currently pursuing a Master of Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and will be researching LEED-ND (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development) as part of her graduate studies. As a member of the Next Generation of New Urbanists, she is working to engage and enrich the ideas of New Urbanism and build relationships for the future of the movement. A Minnesota native, Faith worked there as an urban design consultant and interned in construction management. She received a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
Brandon Hoe |
A firm advocate of walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods and a dedicated enemy of sprawl, Brandon's career experiences include marketing, project management and product development. He seeks to contribute towards the renaissance of the social cohesiveness that's too often associated with a bygone era.
Brandon has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and received an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke.
Susana Dancy |
Susana is a licensed real estate broker with experience redeveloping both commercial and residential properties. A former journalist, she has worked in corporate branding and public relations. She is pursuing her Master of Regional Planning with an emphasis in Urban Design and Real Estate Development.
Deborah Schadel |
Debi has a Masters from Clemson University's Real Estate Development Program and a background in urban geography and GIS. While at Clemson she was a founding member and President of the Students for New Urbanism and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
Her goal is to create communities that people love to live in and others love to visit.
Ben Quinn |
Ben is a 2002 graduate of LISC's California Statewide Affordable Housing Training Institute. Ben has extensive real estate experience developing multifamily, mixed use, affordable and shared housing projects. He also has past experience as a business development manager for a Silicon Valley technology company as well as a high school teacher. He is passionate about using real estate to create safe and unified communities. Ben is a member of the Triangle chapter of Net Impact as well as Durham's Council for Entrepreneurial Development. Ben has a Bachelors degree from Stanford University and a MBA the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
